● January 17-19: Panorama Zone Race - Register via the GKHAT Calendar
● January 25-26: Cookie Cup* This year it’s a 2 day event! - RSVP via the GKHAT Calendar
● January 31 - Feb 2: Fernie Western Ski Cross U12/U14/U16 - RSVP via the GKHAT Calendar

2024-25 GKHAT Board & Committee Updates

Our Annual General Meeting took place on April 14 and we had one of our biggest turnouts for an AGM. Thank you to those who attended & volunteered to join the board, committees & just plain offered to get involved and help!

Please join us in thanking the outgoing board members who have given so much time and energy to this club:
- Tracy Van Zalingen (remaining as past president)
- Rhonda Laurell
Tracy and Rhonda are still actively helping to get us organized going forward. We are pleased to announce that we have a mostly full board and lots of great energy and momentum to ramp up the 2024/2025 season!

We have a lot of cool stuff on the go, but we need your help. Parent volunteers make the world go round. Contact volunteer@gkhat.ca to get involved!

Volunteer Positions Needed:

Our AGM was awesome and we have lots of great individuals who have signed up to make GKHAT a success. Current areas we could use help include:

Race Committee Members
Auction organizers
Fundraising help in general
Participation in the Yurt replacement committee
Board members in training - if you're interested in joining the board in the future we can pair you up with our current board to learn the ropes and help them out!
